Material haqida
Grade 9 topic of the subject «History of Kyrgyzstan»: Chapter I, § 1 «The February Revolution in Kyrgyzstan» (M. Imankulov, pp. 5–13).
News of the tsar's abdication was received on 3 March 1917, but it was officially announced only on 10 March. Soviets of workers' deputies appeared in Pishpek, Tokmak, Przhevalsk and Osh. On 7 March the Pishpek city duma formed an Executive Committee. A system of triple power took shape in Kyrgyzstan: the Soviets, the committees of the Provisional Government and the Kyrgyz public committees.
By the beginning of May 1917 about 64 thousand refugees had returned to Kyrgyzstan. A branch of the «Alash» party was set up in Pishpek, the «Shuro-i-Islam» organization in the south and the «Bukara» union in Pishpek district.
