Дар бораи мавод
A Grade 1 Homeland Studies topic: «The place where we live. My school» (Unit 1, pp. 5–7, Z. Mambetova, T. Arkhipova).
The homeland is the place where we were born and grew up, and it is precious: my house, my street, my village, my school and friends, my mountains and rivers. School is the place where we learn to read and write. A good pupil studies well and knows the rules: is not late for the lesson, respects the teacher and friends, is tidy and quiet in class. A. Karymshakov's poem «A pupil's duty» names two duties — to study and to listen to your parents' advice. New words: homeland, village, town, school, duty, rule.
